NOTE: ONLY JUDGES WILL BE TASTING COMPETITION DISHES
– Registration for judging spots will be open on a first come first serve basis beginning at 3 p.m.
– Judges must have a Festivals of Aloha Ribbon
– Judging cards may be purchased for a $5 donation to the challenge of your choosing, or with a $20 donation for all 4 challenges.

– Contestants must have a Festivals of Aloha Ribbon
– Registration for each dish is $5
– Each entry must supply 25 (2oz) portion cups/lids for judging samples (Mai’a (banana), Poke, Pohole)
– Mai’a and cups/lids may be picked up Oct. 25-27 at Hana Farms
– Pohole and cups/lids may be picked up Oct. 25-27 at Hasegawa General Store
– Poke cups/lids may be picked up Oct. 25-27 at Capt. Sam’s Food Truck (Fish will not be provided).
– Ulu may be picked up at Kahanu Gardens. Entries may be submitted as a whole dish, and will be portioned on-site by the Kahanu Gardens Team
